Career: From Finance to All‑Round Business Leadership
My career began in 1998, when I started fresh our of school as a financial professional. I soon discovered that my strengths went beyond numbers: I wanted to lead organisations, build teams and improve operations. Between 2001 and 2017, I grew within an international publicly listed company into an all‑round business leader. I led multiple international teams, gained extensive experience in global production and supply‑chain environments and worked with teams from diverse cultures.
In 2017, I moved to a family‑owned business. There, I experienced how powerful an organisation can become when long‑term goals and sustainability are at the centre. It reinforced my belief that people‑centred leadership and long‑term thinking lead to stronger business performance.
Solvitarum: Leadership When It Matters Most
In 2025 I founded Solvitarum to bring my experience to organisations that need temporary leadership. Solvitarum stands for the missing puzzle piece - the element that brings direction, structure or change to enable real progress.
